Description

The documentation structure for MochiKit.Visual is slightly confusing, since the API part really consists of four parts -- API, "Basic Effects classes", "Combination Effects" and "The Effects Queue". It is not quite similar to other docs.

A clearer structure would be achieved by two minor changes:

1. Move "The Effects Queue" to the "Overview" section. After all, it is where such information is found for other docs.

2. Remove the "Combination Effects" title and move all the functions straight into the API function listing.
